Moss Ngoasheng is a distinguished South African entrepreneur, investor, and economist with a legacy of shaping the country’s economic policy in the democratic era. As a key economic advisor to both Deputy President and President Thabo Mbeki from 1995 to 2000, Moss played an instrumental role in South Africa’s economic transformation.
He currently serves as Deputy Chairman and CEO of Safika Holdings, a diversified investment group, and chairs several prominent boards, including the South African Breweries Foundation and Burstone Group. Moss is also actively involved in philanthropy, serving as a trustee of The Nelson Mandela Children’s Hospital and playing a vital role in fundraising efforts. Mologadi brings over 15 years of experience in private equity, investment, and commercial banking, with a strong track record across various sectors. Prior to joining Temo Capital,she was a transactional specialist at Rand Merchant Bank, focusing on Technology, Media,and Telecommunications (TMT) and State-Owned Enterprises (SOE). At Temo Capital, Mologadi focuses on capital raising, investment execution, and value creation, serving as a non-executive director on the boards of several portfolio companies.
